REGISTER TO VOTE

 

Qualifications to Register to Vote

To register to vote, you must:
 - be a U.S. citizen, and
 - be born on or before November 6, 2000, and
 - live in your precinct at least 30 days before the election, and
 - not claim the right to vote elsewhere; and
 - not be in prison/jail serving time for a conviction. (Note: Ex-convicts who have completed their sentences and who meet all other requirements listed above are eligible to register and vote in Illinois.)

EARLY VOTING

 

EARLING VOTING POLLING LOCATION FOR 20TH WARD:

For the Feb. 26 Municipal Election, Chicago voters will be able to use any Early Voting & Registration location in the city from Feb. 11 through Feb. 25.

Before Feb. 11,

 

Early Voting will begin as soon as the ballot is final (on or after Jan. 17) only at the Loop Super Site at 175 W. Washington St.

 

If Early Voting at the Loop Super Site cannot begin on Jan. 17, voters will have the option to apply to Vote By Mail or return to use Early Voting at a later date.
